Hi, I’m Miche’le AKA Mish!

I was introduced to Yoga while in college. Although, I would take a break from it, then come back, take another break, then come back. It was a cycle, but after some reflection, I noticed that I always came back to it when I wanted to feel GOOD again. That’s probably why after postpartum blues and healing from a traumatic Caesarian birth with my firstborn, I turned back to Yoga. At this point I have already accepted that I would never regain my strength back but maybe Yoga will help me get a little stronger anyways. To my surprise, with consistent practice I realized that I became stronger than I ever was! And its not just my body that felt stronger. I learned to love and believe in myself again.

I believe Yoga can help strengthen the mind, body and spirit. The combination of a conscious breath, body alignment and meditation can help you reach a state of mind that allows the body to recover and heal. All of these great gifts from living the Yogic lifestyle has lead me in the direction of wanting to share Yoga to help others find the best versions of themselves.

A lil extra about me..

As you can see in the picture, I have 2 little ones: Rafa + Ria. Fun fact, they have the same birthday, October 11! I’m married to my Middle School Sweetheart (Yeah .. I know that’s a long time to be with someone lol) I love to be Outdoors, whether it be hiking in the redwoods, biking some trails or relaxing at a beach. Just give me some fresh air, some Earth beneath my feet and BOBA :) And I love connecting with my fellow human beings that roam this beautiful world with me.
